Group Warm-up: 15 minutes

Set clock at forty five :20 intervals then Run the loop and with remaining time circuit through this triplet for :20w/:20r

  • Static Recline Hold
  • Push-ups
  • Walk-out

 

Strength Superset

Power Clean : 10,8,6,4,2 reps

Add weight each round and superset with max Pull-ups or Chin-ups

 

Workout : two 10 minute EMOM with 2 minute break in between.

EMOM 1

  • 5 BB Snatch Grip High-pull
  • 5 Plate Rainbows (R+l=1)

EMOM 2

  • 5 BB Bent Over Row
  • 10 Slam Ball
