Group Warm-up: 15 minutes

Run the Loop and with remaining time circuit through this mini circuit at :20 work / :20 rest until 45 cycles expire

  • Dynamic Squats
  • Arm Circles
  • Switches

 

Strength: 10 minute EMOM

  • 5 Back Squats
  • :20 Bike

 

Workout:

Tabata rounds for :20 sec /:10 sec work/6 rounds

  • Squats (weight optional)
  • Push-ups
  • Static Rear Lunge & Hold  (Alt)
  • KB Swings
  • Burpees
  • V sit-ups

Complete 6 cycles of one exercise then test 1 Minute before moving on to the next exercise
