Jump Rope 1 Minute followed by :20w/:20r for 15 cycles   Repeat two more times for a total of 45 cycles = 15 minutes

  • Shoulder Taps
  • Reclines
  • Light KB Swing

 

Endurance: 7 Minutes AMRAP

  • 100m Run
  • 10 Wallball

 

Workout:

7 sets of 10 reps with a heavy kettlebell

  • Kettlebell H2H Swings
  • Kettlebell Goblet Squat
  • Push-up w/ Pull Through
  • Kettlebell Figure 8 to Hold
