Group Warm-up: 15 minutes

Run the Loop and with remaining time circuit through this mini circuit at :20 work / :20 rest until 45 cycles expire

  • Jumping Jacks
  • Hollow out
  • Squat Thrusts

 

Endurance: 7 minutes

  • Bike Sprints :20’s
  • 10 DB Ground/Clean/Press

 

Workout:

In this circuit, you move from each of five stations after a minute.The clock does not reset or stop between exercises and neither do YOU.

This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating again for 3 more rounds.

  • Deadlift High-Pull
  • Push-press
  • Box Step-Over Burpees
  • Sit-ups
