Strength Superset : 5 Rounds (Perform exercises in order)
- 5 Strict Barbell OH Press (Heavy)
- 5 BB High-Pulls (Moderate)
- 10 Wallball (Light)
Workout : 4 Rounds (40/20 with 1 minute rest in between rounds)
- Slamball
- DB Thrusters
- Battle Rope
- Plate Raise
- Single Arm KB Clean and Press (Switch between rounds)
