Stay 1 minute at every exercise. Cycle through it once and take a 1 minute break, then repeat.

  • Alternating Rear Lunges
  • Push-ups
  • Burpees
  • Mountain Climbers
  • Glute Bridge March
  • Bear Crawls (forward/backward)
  • Sit-ups

Rest 1 more minute and then…

The Finisher… 20 seconds of work / 10 seconds recovery for 3 rounds

  • Dynamic Squats
  • Split Squats
  • Tuck Jumps
  • Groiners
