- Glute Bridge March
- Bear Crawls (forward/backward)
- Sit-ups
Rest 1 more minute and then…
The Finisher… 20 seconds of work / 10 seconds recovery for 3 rounds
- Dynamic Squats
- Split Squats
- Tuck Jumps
- Groiners
