  1.  BB Snatch Grip High Pulls – 5 sets x 5reps
  2. Clean & Press – 32 reps (4 sets or less)
  3.  DB Curls – 4 sets x 10 reps

    Flat Bench DB Close Grip Press – 4sets x 10 reps
