Group Warm-up: 2rds

  • 1 minute Air Squats

  • 1 minute Arm Circles
  • :30’s Jumping Jacks
  • 1 minute Up / Down Dog
  • :30’s Skips
  • 1 minute Pigeon Stretch (:30 each side)
  • 30’s Superman

Pre-game: 6 minute EMOM

Burpees

  • Min 1 – 5 reps
  • Min 2 – 6reps
  • Min 3 – 7 reps
  • Min 4 – 8 reps
  • Min 5 – 9 reps
  • Min 6 – 10 reps

 

Workout:

Perform 4 rounds of :30/:20 work non stop at circuit A, rest for 2 minutes, and then move on to circuit B and do the same.

Circuit A: Do 30/20 x 4 rounds non-stop.

  • KB Swings
  • DB Push Press
  • Landmine Front Squats
  • Jumping Pull-ups

Rest 2 minutes.

Circuit B: 30/20 x 4 rounds non-stop

  • DB Renegade Rows
  • DB Close Grip Floor Press
  • Slamball
  • Hollow-out Switches
