Group Warm-up:  2rds

Spend 1 minutes at each movement

  • Group Jog (inside)
  • Alt. Lateral Lunges
  • Arm Circles
  • Pigeon Stretch (:30 ea side)
  •  Cat Pose

 

Workouts: Metcon Triplets

4 minutes at each triplet doing 40 second intervals continuously. Go from one movement to the next without stopping.

Take 1:00 rest between each triplet.

Here are the triplets:

  • Reclines / Slamball Thrusters / Slamball   –   40-40-40 x 2 = 4 min
  • Kettlebell Swings / Burpees /Mtn. Climbers  –   40-40-40 x 2 = 4 min
  • Kettlebell Clean L / Kettlebell Clean R /Sit-outs   –  40-40-40 x 2 = 4 min
  • Spiderman Pushups / DB Hang Snatch/ Sit-ups –  40-40-40 x 2 = 4 min
