  • :30’s Static Recline Hold
  • 1 min Walk-out
  • :30’s Dynamic Squats

 

Strength Superset

Sandbag  Clean and Throw – 10,8,6,4,2 reps

 

Workout : two 10 minute EMOM with 2 minute break in between.

EMOM 1

  • 5 BB Snatch Grip High-pull
  • 5 Plate Rainbows (R+l=1)

EMOM 2

  • 5 BB Bent Over Row
  • 10 Push-up
