Do :40 seconds of work/:20 seconds of rest for three rounds non-stop.

  • Burpees
  • Bike
  • Mountain Climbers

Take 2 minutes rest, then do this one…

Circuit 2

  • Kettlebell High-pulls
  • Battle Rope
  • Thrusters
  • Box Jumps
