Here’s the circuit:
- STOW
- Box Jump
- Half Burpee
- Battle Ropes
- Push Press
- Dbl KB Front Squat
Core Challenge: Day 8
Core Challenge : 22 days
This challenge is for every level therefore everyone can and should participate at home.
Some exercises will be performed for 45 sec and others for reps. The concept is always the same. Perform each exercise until you can no longer perform the exercises for the time or reps assigned non-stop. If you complete the time or reps, give yourself 10 second rest and repeat the exercise nonstop until you fail to complete the time or reps assigned. Then, move onto the next exercise.
- Heels to Ceiling – :45 sec
- Dbl V-up – 10 reps
- Plank Step Through – 10 reps (5r/5l)
