KB Complex  Ladder – 10 minutes

  • 3 KB Row + 3 KB Cradle Thrusters (R)
  • 3 KB Row + 3 KB Cradle Thrusters (L)

Start with 3 reps on each side then add one rep To each cluster

 

Finisher:

:20/:10 x 10 rounds of this couplet (10 minute set) rest for 1 minute after 5 rounds then continue.
