  • Dbl KB Hollow-out Press – 8 reps
  • KB Plank Row – 10/10 reps

 

Full Body – 4rds

  • 2 Handed KB Squat Clean Thruster – 8 reps
  • KB Russian Twist – 16 reps (light bell)
  • Squat Jumps – 32 reps
