Group Warm-up: 15 minutes

Challenge: For Time
- 100 H2H Swings
- 16 Clean & Press (RIGHT) – 2 minutes
- 16 Clean & Press (LEFT) – 2 minutes
- 60 Snatch
- 30 Goblet Squats – 2 minutes
***Kettlebell is kept off the floor the whole time. When there is a time listed all reps have to be Completed in that time. If reps are completed before the time is up the participant can not move on until the time expires. Example 16 reps in 2 minutes means however fast you go, you are holding the Bell for 2 minutes before you can move one.
** Dumbbells or Kettlebells can be used
