If you didn’t get a chance to do yesterday’s Kettlebell Complex, you should try it.



Stay on one exercise for 6 rounds of :20 sec of work/:10 sec of rest.  Take 1 minute rest  between stations.

  • Band Face-pulls
  • Dyna-max Wall Sprints
  • Split Jumps
  • Farmers Walk
  • Kettlebell High-pulls
  • Sit-outs

Finisher: 7 minute EMOM

  • 20 Wallball (14/18lbs)
