  • Pigeon Stretch (r)
  • Pigeon Stretch (l)
  • Hollow Outs
    1:30 minute Jump Rope

 

Strength: 15 Minute (Partner-up)

  • 6 Pause Squats for 5 sets – Dead Stop at the Bottom

 

with the remaining time AMRAP the following

  • 12 Kettlebell Swings
  • 24 Switches

 

Workout: 15 Rounds

  • 1 HEAVY Ground to Overhead
  • 5 Box Jumps
  • 10 Dynamic Squats
