  • Up/Down Dog

Workout:

Work time :40 seconds  and :20 seconds rest for 4 rounds with a 1:30 rest after 2 rounds.

  • BB Bent Over Rows
  • KB Swings
  • BB Back Squat
  • DB Lateral Raise
  • Push-ups (with an opposite arm/leg raise at the top)
  • Lateral Lunge w/ DB Press

Finisher: 3rds

  • :20 Bike Sprint
  • 10 WallBall
  • 10 Sit-outs r/l =1
