Workout:

Work :20’s / Rest :10’s  for 6 minutes (12 cycles) at each couplet with a 1 minute rest between couplets.

  • DB Snatch 1 round R / 1 round L

  • Goblet Squats
  • H2H Swings

1 minute rest

  • BB Push Press
  • DB Lateral Raise
