2- 10 Alt KB Clean and Press
3- 8 DB Renegade Row w/push-up

Super Set each couplet (set) and rest between each sets approximately 60-90 seconds – Rest same between couplets.

  • Deep Reclines  Rows- 4×6-8
  • Double KB Rows – 4×6-8

  • Sandbag Good Mornings 3×6-8
  • Hang Barbell High Pulls 3×6-8

Rest

  • Barbell Deadlifts – 3×6-8
  • 20 Dynamax Russian Twists
