12 minute Kettlebell Complex (add one rep every rd)

3 Swings + 3 two Handed Clean & Press + 3 Goblet Squat w/ Bicep Curl =1 rd

* perform the curl at the bottom of the squat

 

Body Weight AMRAP: 15 minutes

  • 10 Skaters
  • 5 – Three High Knees w/ Burpee
  • 10 Mtn Climbers( r+l=1)
  • 5 Frog Push-ups
