3 Swings + 3 two Handed Clean & Press + 3 Goblet Squat w/ Bicep Curl =1 rd
* perform the curl at the bottom of the squat
Body Weight AMRAP: 15 minutes
- 10 Skaters
- 5 – Three High Knees w/ Burpee
- 10 Mtn Climbers( r+l=1)
- 5 Frog Push-ups
