- *DB Alternating Waiter Lunges
- Split Jumps
*two db’s, one at side and one overhead
Bodyweight HIIT Circuit:
:20’s work / :10’s rest – 2rds then rest 1 minute and repeat
- High Knee Floor Drops
- Bicycles
- Frog Push-ups
