  • Kettlebell
  • Wall ball
  • *DB Alternating Waiter Lunges
  • Split Jumps

*two db’s, one at side and one overhead

Bodyweight HIIT Circuit:

:20’s work / :10’s rest – 2rds then rest 1 minute and repeat

  • High Knee Floor Drops
  • Bicycles
  • Frog Push-ups
