Pre-game : continue until 1 KB Push-Press (R) & 1 KB Push-Press (L) . KB Swings are always 10 reps

  • 10 KB Swings (R)
  • 5 KB Push Press (R)
  • 10 KB Swings (L)
  • 5 KB Push-Press (L)

 

Workout: 3 Rounds:

  • 10 Goblet Squat
  • 15 KB Swings
  • 10 Push-ups
  • 15 Skaters
  • 10 KB Squat Clean w/ Push
