Group Warm-up

2Rds of 30 sec each movement

  •   Dynamic Squats
  •   Alt Rear to Lateral Lunge
  •   Arm Circles
  •   Groiners w/ T-stab
  •   Band Pull Aparts
  •   Pigeon Stretch
  •   Jog 200 m (It’s going to be beautiful out so let’s start to get outside a bit!)

Workout 

4 Rds of 40 sec work/ 20 sec Rest

  • Box Step Overs
  • Crab Walks
  • KB Swings
  • TRX Reclines
  • Battle Rope Jumping Jacks

There will be 2 minutes between each round. At the end of each round run 200 meters. Whatever time remains in the 2 minutes is your rest!
