Minute 5 & 10 – 10 Squat Thrusts

 

Pre – Game 8 Minute EMOM

5 DB Thrusters Add 1 rep each minute. (Choose a challenging weight!)

Workout

10-8-6-8-10 Reps

    • DB Kneel Stand Squat & Press (Choose a light weight & keep the DBs on your shoulders during the kneel.)
    • Hand Release Push-ups
    • Sumo Deadlift High Pull
    • Mountain Climbers
    • 400 Meter run
