Group Warm-up (2rds)

30 sec each movement

    • Dynamic Squats
    • Butt Kickers
    • Alt Rear Lunges
    • Band Pull A-parts
    • Push-up to Toe Tap
    • Up Dog/ Down Dog
    • 2 min Jump Rope/ Bike

Pre-Game (3 rds)

3 min AMRAP (30 sec rest between rds)

    • 3 Squat Thrusts
    • 6 Mt. Climbers (R+L=1)
    • 9 Squat Jumps

Workout (4 rds)

40 sec work/ 20 sec rest

Take 1 minute rest after each rd.

    • Med Ball o/ the Shoulder
    • Box Jumps
    • Renegade Rows w/ a Push-up
    • High Knees
    • DB Swings
    • Sit-ups w/ an OH Reach (use a d-max ball)
