Group Warm-up

Run the Loop then  perform 2 rounds of the following movements for 30 sec each.

    • Dynamic Squats
    • Band Pull Aparts
    • Groiners w/ a T-Stab
    • Jumping Jacks
    • Up Dog/ Down Dog

Workout 

7 Minute AMRAPs (Take 2 minutes rest in between each AMRAP)

#1 

    • 10 Push-ups
    • 20 OH Lunges
    • 30 sec Jump Rope

#2

    • 5 Burpees
    • 10 See Saw Press
    • 15 Mt. Climbers (R+L=1)

#3

    • 15 KB Swings
    • 10 Goblet Squats
    • 5 Jumping Jacks
