Workout – Interval Triplets

30 sec work/ 30 work/ 30 work/ 30 rest for 3 rounds at each triplet. Take 1 minute rest between triplets.

Triplet #1

    • DB Floor Press
    • Push-up w/ T-stab
    • Sit-outs

Triplet #2

    • Goblet Squat
    • Broad Jumps
    • High Knees

Triplet #3

    • Bike Sprint
    • Half Burpees
    • Evil Jumps

Finisher (3 rds)

30 sec w/ 15 rest

    • Dbl KB Racked Hold
    • KB Waiter’s Carry (L) KB in the right hand will be in the racked position.
    • KB Waiter’s Carry (R) KB in the left hand will be in the racked position.
