2:30 minutes Bike/ Jump Rope/ 400 Meter run then 2 rounds of…

    • 50 Jumping Jacks
    • 40 Air Squats
    • 30 Forward Lunges (15 R/15 L)
    • 20 Mountain Climbers (R+L=1)
    • 10 Plank Jacks
    • 5 Tempo Push-ups

Pre – Game EMOM (8 min)

Odd Minute = 7 SA KB Thrusters R (Plank remaining time)

Even Minute = 7 SA KB Thrusters L (Hollow Out remaining time)

Workout – 4 Rounds for Time

    • 25 Split Jumps
    • 20 Legs over KB (Flat on back-legs side to side over the KB)
    • 15 Goblet Squats
    • 10 Push-ups
    • 5 Burpees
    • 200 Meter Run
      • Rest as needed.
