- 30 Forward Lunges (15 R/15 L)
- 20 Mountain Climbers (R+L=1)
- 10 Plank Jacks
- 5 Tempo Push-ups
Pre – Game EMOM (8 min)
Odd Minute = 7 SA KB Thrusters R (Plank remaining time)
Even Minute = 7 SA KB Thrusters L (Hollow Out remaining time)
Workout – 4 Rounds for Time

- 20 Legs over KB (Flat on back-legs side to side over the KB)
- 15 Goblet Squats
- 10 Push-ups
- 5 Burpees
- 200 Meter Run
