Group Warm-up (15 Min)

Run the loop and then spend some time on mobility work, stretching, foam rolling and being social with our gym family!

Partner Workout 

Each trio will spend 10 minutes at each triplet.

Triplet #1

Partner A – 200 Meter Run

Partner B – Kneeling Slam-balls (Max Reps)

Partner C – Mountain Climbers (Max Reps)

When partner A returns from the run rotate and continue to AMRAP this triplet for 10 minutes.

Rest 2 Minutes

Triplet #2

Partner A – 200 Meter Run

Partner B -Push-ups (Max Reps)

Partner C – TRX Reclines (Max Reps)

Rest 2 Minutes

Triplet #3

Partner A – 200 Meter Run

Partner B – DB Curl & Press (Max Reps)

Partner C – Half Burpees (Max Reps)

Core Finisher (3 RDs)

Partner A -15 Med Ball Crunches

Partner B – 15 Leg Raises

Partner C – Plank
