Schedule Update

Two classes only on  Monday, May 31  – 8 and 10 am

Group Warm-up (3 RDs)

    • Run 200 Meters
    • 25 Air Squats
    • 20 Alt Rear  Lunges (10r/ 10l)
    • 15 Band Pull A-parts
    • 10 Up Dog/ Down Dog
    • 5 Walkouts

Workout – Intervals

RD 1= 40 sec w/ 20 sec rest ( 1 min Rest)

RD 2 = 30 w/ 15 r (45 sec Rest)

RD 3 and 4 = 20/ 10 (1 min rest after round 4)

RD 5 = 30/ 15 (45 sec Rest)

RD 6 = 40/ 20
