Group Warm-up (2 Rds)

    • 25 Air Squats
    • 20 Alt Rear Lunges (10r/10l)
    • 15 Long Sit-ups
    • 10 Groiners (5r/5l)
    • 5 Walkouts
    • 2 minutes of Band Work

Workout Couplets

Each couplet is a 3min AMRAP. Run 2oo meters once then AMRAP the prescribed movement for the remaining time of the 3 minutes.

    1. Run 2oo Meters/ Max DB Clean & Press
    2. Run 2oo Meters/ Max DB Rear Lunges
    3. Run 200 Meters/ Max DB Alt Snatches

Rest 2 minutes then repeat each AMRAP 1 more time.
