Group Warm-up

Run the Loop then 10 rounds of 20 sec wok/ 10 rest

    • Jumping Jacks
    • High Knees
    • Air Squats

Pre – Game Ladder 

2, 4, 6, 8, 10, … reps of each. You have 10 minutes to get as far as you can using 1 KB for all movements.

    • KB Swings
    • Goblet Squats
    • Shoulder Pass
    • Push-ups on KB

Workout – 22 min AMRAP

    • 20 Mountain Climbers (R+L=1)
    • 20 Slam Balls
    • 10 Burpees
    • 20 KB Figure 8’s
    • 30 KB Bent Over Rows (15R/15L)
    • 200 Meter Sandbag Run after each round.
