Group Warm-up
Run the Loop then 10 rounds of 20 sec wok/ 10 rest

- Jumping Jacks
- High Knees
- Air Squats
Pre – Game Ladder
2, 4, 6, 8, 10, … reps of each. You have 10 minutes to get as far as you can using 1 KB for all movements.

- KB Swings
- Goblet Squats
- Shoulder Pass
- Push-ups on KB
Workout – 22 min AMRAP

- 20 Mountain Climbers (R+L=1)
- 20 Slam Balls
- 10 Burpees
- 20 KB Figure 8’s
- 30 KB Bent Over Rows (15R/15L)
- 200 Meter Sandbag Run after each round.
