Run the loop and then AMRAP the following:

    • 10 Dynamic Squats
    • 10 Power jacks
    • 10 Mountain Climbers (R+L=1)
    • 30 sec Pigeon Stretch (R)
    • 30 Sec Pigeon Stretch (L)

Workout – Crazy 8’s

8 Rounds of 8 Reps each of … (22 min cap)

    • KB Sumo Deadlift High Pull
    • Push-ups
    • Air Squats
    • Diamond Sit-ups
    • Burpees
    • DB Push Press
    • Box Jumps (Boxes will be setup down the middle of the floor. We will be sharing.)
    • KB Swings

Core Finisher (3 RDs of 30 sec w/ 10 r)

    • Plank
    • Side Plank (R)
    • Side Plank (L)
    • Bird Dog Plank
    • 30 sec rest
