    • 400m Run

Pre-Game 

60 DB Thrusters

At the top of every minute perform 3 burpees then continue to chip away at the thrusters.

Workout – Circuit

Stay at 1 movement for 6 full rounds of 35 sec work/ 15 sec rest.

    • Goblet Squat to OH Press
    • TRX Curls
    • Atlas Stone Hold (Heavy)
    • SA Push Press (Heavy) Switch arms each round.

Core Finisher 

30 sec work/ 10 sec rest for 4 rounds
