Group Warm-up

2 min Jump Rope/ Bike then 2 rounds

    • Jumping Jacks
    • Air Squats
    • Push-up w/ T-stab
    • Alt V- ups
    • Hollow Out

Pre-Game Endurance Challenge (5 min)

10 seconds of High Knees followed by 5 seconds of rest (perform the HIGH knees as quickly as possible then drop to the floor and rest for 5 seconds, repeat for 20 cycles)

Partner Workout IGOUGO

7 RDs of 7 reps each

    • DB Deadlifts
    • TRX Reclines (optional feet elevated)
    • Wall Balls
    • Alt DB Snatch (7 r/ 7 l)
    • Goblet Squats
    • Dynamax Rotational Ball Slams
    • Buddy Push-ups
    • Rest 1 min each round
