Take 15 minutes to run, jump rope, bike, work on mobility, foam roll, and get ready!

Workout – 10 RDs

    • 3 Burpee Pull-ups/ Band Assisted Pull-ups
    • 6 BB/DB/KB Clean & Press
    • 9 Push-ups
    • 12 Split Jumps (R+L=2)
  • Every 5 minutes run 200 meters.

Core Finisher (3 RDs)

    • 12 V-sit Flutter Kicks
    • 12 Knee Tucks
    • 12 Russian Twists
    • 12 Sit-ups w/ OH Reach
