Group Warm-up (2 RDs)

    • 25 Seal Jacks
    • 20 Dynamic Squats
    • 15 Band Pull A-parts
    • 10 Shoulder Taps
    • 5 Push-ups w/ T-Stab
    • Run 200 Meters

Pre-Game 10 min AMRAP

    • 10 Floor Press
    • 20 Mountain Climbers
    • 30 sec High Plank w/ Reach
    • Run 200 Meters

Workout – Intervals

Complete the following every 4 minutes for 5 rounds taking 1 minute rest after each round. Then proceed to complete the max # of reps of the prescribed bodyweight movement  with the time remaining in the round.

    • 20 Split Jumps (R+L=2)
    • 20 DB Snatches (10R/ 10L)
    • 20 Sit-ups
  • Round 1 – Max Burpees
  • Round 2 – Max Box Jumps
  • Round 3 – Max AB Rollouts/ Walkouts
  • Round 4 – Max Walking Lunges
  • Round 5 – Max Push-ups
