Partner Workout – UGO-IGO

4 minute AMRAPs – Each partner will take turns performing the following movements continuously for 4 minutes. Partners will take a 1 minute rest between rounds.
    • Round 1 – 6 BB Deadlifts
    • Round 2 – 6 BB Floor Press
    • Round 3 – 10 DB Renegade Rows
    • Round 4 – 10 DB Thrusters
    • Round 5 – 5 Burpees
    • Round 6 – 10 Push-ups

Core Finisher – 7 min AMRAP
