    • Incline Bench Press

Run 400 meters

Triplet #2 – 8 reps of each for 5 rounds.

    • Push-ups on KBs
    • Landmine Press (8r/8l)
    • Gorilla Rows (8r/8l)

Run 400 Meters

Triplet #3 – 8 reps of each for 5 rounds.

    • Single Leg Deadlifts (8r/8l)
    • OH Walking Lunges (8r/8l)
    • Split Jumps (8r/8l)
