Group Warm-up (3 RDs)

    • 30 Jumping Jacks
    • 25 Air Squats
    • 20 Mt Climbers
    • 15 Push Ups with T-Stab
    • 10 Plank Jacks

Pre-Game EMOM

    • 60 Thrusters (Perform 3 burpees EMOM until all thrusters are complete.)

Workout 

Round 1 – 4 – 8 – 12 – 16 reps of each then run 400 Meters

Round 2 – 16 – 12 – 8 – 4 reps of each then run 400 Meters

    • KB High Pull to Goblet Squat
    • Wall Balls
    • KB Row & Catch
    • Split Jumps
    • DB Curl & Press
  • Take 2 minutes rest between rounds 1 & 2.

Core Finisher (3 RDs)

    • 15 Med Ball Crunches
    • 15 Leg Switches (R+L=1)
    • 1 Min Plank
