Pre-Game EMOM 

100 KB Swings

At the start of every minute perform 5 pushups then continue to chip away at the KB Swings until 100 are complete.

 

Workout – Circuit

35 sec work/ 15 sec rest for rounds with 1 minute rest after 2 rounds.
