Group Warm-up (2 RDs)

Pre-Game EMOM (3 RDs)

    • Minute 1 = 10 Box Jumps
    • Minute 2 = 15 KB High Pulls
    • Minute 3 = 20 KB Swings

Workout – AMRAP

Each round is a 3 minute AMRAP w/ 1 minute rest between rounds. (5 RDs)

    • 20 Power Jacks
    • 10 KB Gorilla Rows (5R/ 5L)
    • 5 Burpees
    • AMRAP Deadlifts for remaining time.
