Group Warm-up

Take 15 minutes to get moving, go for a run, stretch, foam roll, and be social.

Pre-Game – KB Ladder (10min)

  • Use one challenging Kettlebell!
    • 2 High Pull + 2 Goblet Squat +  2 Rear Lunges + 2 Push Press
    • 4 High Pull + 4 Goblet Squat +  4 Rear Lunges + 4 Push Press
    • 6 High Pull + 6 Goblet Squat +  6 Rear Lunges + 6 Push Press
    • 8 High Pull + 8 Goblet Squat +  8 Rear Lunges + 8 Push Press
    • 10 High Pull + 10 Goblet Squat +  10 Rear Lunges + 10 Push Press

Workout – For Time (30 min Cap)

    • 400 Meter Run
    • 40 Mount Climbers (R+L=1)
    • 20 KB Swings
    • 300 Meter Run
    • 30 See-Saw Press
    • 20 KB Swings
    • 200 Meter Run
    • 20 Push-ups
    • 20 KB Swings

      300 Meter Run
      30 See-Saw Presses
