15 minutes to go for a run, bike, mobilize and get ready!

 

Pre-Game

    • 200 Meter Run
    • 20 Slam Ball
    • 200 Meter Run
    • 15 Slam Ball
    • 200 Meter Run
    • 10 Slam Ball
    • 200 Meter Run
    • 5 Slam Ball

Workout – For Time

Break up the reps however you want. You can do all 50 reps of 1 movement before moving on to the next or 5 rounds of 10 reps each.

    • 50 Push Ups
    • 50 KB High Pulls
    • 50 Box Jumps
    • 50 Arnold Press
    • 50 KB Tactical Lunge
    • 50 Alt V-Ups
  • Perform 4 burpees every 2 minutes!
