Pre-Game AMRAP (10 min)

    • 2 KB Snatch —-> Thruster (R)
    • 2 KB Snatch —-> Thruster (L)
    • 2 Burpees
    • 4 KB Snatch —-> Thruster (R)
    • 4 KB Snatch —-> Thruster (L)
    • 4 Burpees
    • 6 KB Snatch —-> Thruster (R)
    • 6 KB Snatch —-> Thruster (L)
    • 6 Burpees
    • Continue to add 2 reps to each for 10 minutes.
