    • Butt Kickers
    • Air Squats
    • Alt Lateral Lunges
    • Stiff Leg March
    • Arm Circles
    • PVC Pass Through
    • Pigeon Stretch (R)
    • Pigeon Stretch (L)

Workout – EMOM Chipper

Stay on movement until all reps are completed. At the top of each minute perform the 2nd movement before resuming the chipper.

    • 100 KB Swings (10 Split Jumps)
    • 80 KB Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (10 Push-ups)
    • 60 Goblet Squats (10 Squat Jumps)
    • 40 Half Burpees (10 Plank Jacks)
    • 20 DB Thrusters (10 Banded Front Raises)
    • 10 Burpees
