Pre-Game EMOM (8 min)

  • Min 1: 2 High Pulls, 3 Goblet Squats, 4 Jump Squats
  • Min 2: 3 High Pulls, 4 Goblet Squats, 5 Jump Squats
  • Min 3: 4 High Pulls, 5 Goblet Squats, 6 Jump Squats
  • Follow that pattern until….
  • Min 8: 9 High Pulls, 10 Goblet Squats, 11 Jump Squats
