Pre-Game – 100 Thrusters

- 10 Push-ups
- 10 Dynamic Squats
- Max Thrusters (Go until failure!)
- Once you fail the thrusters you must perform the push-ups and squats again.
- Choose a challenging weight. Goal should be 7-8 rounds.
Workout – For Time
