Pre-Game EMOM
- 50 KB High Pull —–> Goblet Squat
- EMOM 5 Push-ups

- Battle Rope Jumping Jacks
- Single KB Racked Kneel Kneel Stand (Alt sides each rd)
- Shoulder Tap Push-up (Tap R + Tap L + Push-up)
